GMW CONSTRUCTION

My husband and I were pondering purchasing a new home and we were lucky enough to come across a custom home in Monroe that was already under construction by GMW Construction. After looking at the home with our agent, the builder came right out to show and discuss his vision of the home with us. He explained every detail including showing us the sample materials. We immediately fell in love with the property and the house. We were lucky enough to have our offer accepted and began working with Gordon and Sam right away.

I hear stories all the time about building homes and the delays and headaches that can come along with this process. In working with GMW Construction, none of that was the case. Both Gordon and Sam kept us updated and involved in the process the entire way allowing us to help make decisions. We were able to do a couple of changes that just made the house even more of a dream come true.

We are very fortunate to have had the opportunity to work with Gordy and Sam in building our custom home. Our whole family had fun participating and making decisions. They were both amazing from the very beginning of the process to the end. They made the process so smooth and uneventful, taking great care with every detail. They put their heart and soul into our home. It was so wonderful to see their excitement in how everything came together. Gordy and Sam have made a beautiful home that we love. We are truly blessed to have had the pleasure of working with Gordy and Sam. If we ever choose to build a new home, they would be our first choice, hands down. We had been looking for a new home on acreage for a couple years, but never found a home that completely connected with us. Then our realtor took us to look at a new house in Monroe. Little did we know, he was taking us to look at our dream house, a custom spec house by GMW Construction. From the timber frame construction to the beautiful slab granite, travertine, slate and immaculate wood floors, we knew that the builders were men of vision and quality. We had never seen a house that was as unique and captivating as this one. We have been fortunate enough to meet and spend time with both Gordy and Sam, who are truly amazing people, builders and craftsman. They are not only our builders, they are our friends. We can’t imagine living in any other house
